Q: I saved an animation from your site, but now the image isn't animated anymore. Why?
A: In order to view the animation, the software you are using it must support it. Some e-mail or graphics programs (and other applications) won't show animations. If you view the animation in your browser, it should work.

Q: How do I add an image to an HTML document or an e-mail?
A: The following code should work:

Adding images to e-mails depends on your e-mail client, you will have to read your documentation.

Q: Why are my images being saved in .ART format?
A: If you are using an AOL browser, it compresses the images you save in .ART format, which only your AOL browser can view. If you would like to save images in .jpg or .gif format, you should download the latest version of Netscape or Internet Explorer. (new window will open)

Q: I can't find the image that I want on your site, will you design the image that I am looking for?
A: Yes, we do offer a free image request service which you might find useful:

Q: I want to download the images in zip format, can you send them to me?
A: We don't have this download option available. We plan on producing a clip art CD in the future (unsure of date) which might make going through our collection a bit easier.

Q: Do you offer your images in vector format?
A: Yes, a most of our images are available in either Adobe Illustrator or Windows Metafile format. You can easily resize vector images for your projects, without degradation in quality. If you are a paying member, just ask us if a particular image is available in vector format, if it is, we will e-mail it to you.

Q: Do I have to give AAAClipArt.com credit if I use your images?
A: If you are using our images for a personal or non-commercial project, no credit is required (although it would be appreciated). If you are using our images for a commercial project, we do require that visible credit is given. Please read our terms of use for complete details.
